Add conversion functions between Geom::Point and NR::Point

 Groundwork to snap to intersections, e.g. intersections of gridlines with guidelines, and of objects with other objects. The snappers used to return only SnappedPoints, but now also SnappedLines and SnappedInfiniteLines can be returned.
