      Some minor upstream changes to the libavoid library.
      It now matches Inkscape and uses the correct winding direction.

    * src/conn-avoid-ref.cpp:

      Remove a 'TODO' and hack adjusting winding directions before 
      passing object convex hulls to libavoid.
