Gpu: WIP: Pi fixes.
Disable descriptor indexing extension (now validation layer complains
about the partially bound descriptors; need to fix).
Use fbset resolution instead of hard-coding 4k.
Fix Vulkan handle <-> Tcl interface.
Load libatomic.so.
