Remove inkscape.file.svg (and inkscape.file.png)

It was added in 8aeb053f557456d83b60acdcf1446a6825a5aef6
but seems to have never been used.

It was only referenced in inkscape.nsi (where it's not required) which
broke when the file was moved in ce456d55bb3deee828dad9cdaf1f530194cae93c
