Improve/fix error reporting when executing script extensions
It could happen that we attempted to spawn "", see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1747103
which obviously failed but did not explain why.
While extensions still fail silently (UI-wise) if the interpreter
can not be located a useful error message should now be output on
console.
