Try to improve match of image-rendering values to cairo filters
Specifically image-rendering="crisp-edges" should use a scaling
algorithm that does *not* blur edges.
Unfortunately this only leaves CAIRO_FILTER_NEAREST, but seems to
be the most suitable choice.
